Minus 8 Glaze transforms everyday carrots into a gourmet side dish

- Ingredients
- 8 medium carrots, peeled and washed
- 3 tbsp Minus 8 Glaze
- 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped fine salt and pepper
- Flat leaf parsley sprigs for garnish
- Method
- Julienne or cut carrots as desired.
- Steam until just tender.
- Stir with Minus 8 Glaze and chopped parsley.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
