Glazed Salmon on the Grill
Simple and delicious!

- 4 fresh salmon fillets
- 2⁄3 cup Minus 8 Glaze (see recipe in Sauces)
- Method
- Preheat outdoor or indoor grill.
- Wash and dry each fillet, then salt and pepper.
- The skin may be left on during cooking to help hold the fillet together. The skin can be removed after cooking if desired.
- Grill each fillet for 3 to 4 minutes per side, depending on thickness, or if cooking in the oven, bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
- Remove from heat when flaky and just cooked to your liking in the center.
- Plate the salmon and spoon Minus 8 Glaze over top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with Steamed Asparagus and Parmesan (see recipe in Vegetables) or Spinach and Goat Cheese Salad (see recipe in Salads).
