L8 Harvest Pie DoughMakes enough for six 9" pie shells. The dough can be portioned and frozen. The dough is equally delicious with dessert pies and savoury dishes like quiches and meat pies. Ingredients and Preparation: Crumble together with your fingers until light and fine: 5 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 package (454g or pound) lard Then add one cup of liquid which includes: 1 beaten egg 1 tablespoon L8 Harvest vinegar water Mix the wet and dry ingredients with your hands until a smooth consistent ball of dough is formed.
